Design. When you first see the Golf SportWagen, you may do a

double take. Is that a Golf or a wagon? Catch a profile view and

you’ll see you’re right either way. We took the refined, sporty-

looking hatch and gave it a bigger caboose. Even the available

panoramic sunroof is elongated, giving you a 12.7-sq.-ft. view of

the Milky Way. You’ll be surprised how much you can fit in the sleek

wagon and how you’ll still be able to fit into a tight parking spot.

Interior. The Golf SportWagen is designed to help cater to your

passions and style, comfortably. Whether you’re filling it up with

four passengers and some cargo, or just a lot of gear, the 60/40-

split folding rear seats help you fill the wagon in various ways.

Or if you’re just having a night on the town, you’ll still feel quite

sophisticated surrounded by some of the finer things in life, like

leatherette seating surfaces and a leather-wrapped multi-function

steering wheel. This wagon’s versatile nature suits your versatile

lifestyle, inside and out.

Available Climatronic® dual-zone climate control. Agree

to disagree. This feature allows the driver and front-seat

passenger to set a different temperature for each side of the

cabin. This accommodating feature tends to take the “too” out

of too hot or too cold.

Folding rear seat with release levers in cargo area. Moving

a lot of stuff in a hurry? You can easily drop the 60/40-split folding

rear seats before loading in. Simply pull the levers conveniently

located in the cargo area, and the rear seats will fold down

practically flat so you can load and go.

More cargo space. This SportWagen sports a lot of room for a

lot of things — 66.5 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats

folded down, to be precise. That’s more room than the Mazda

CX-5 and Chevrolet Equinox.*

Technology. Being one with the road starts with being one with your car. That’s why

the Golf SportWagen comes with some of the latest technology, like a touchscreen

system with voice control or Bluetooth® technology with audio streaming for compatible

devices. You might also get a better sense of direction with available features like a

navigation system, rearview camera, and Park Distance Control system. Just hit the

available push-button start and enjoy the sounds of the available Fender® Premium

Audio System and you’ll find it hard to be out of touch, even when you’re out of town.

Safety and available Driver Assistance. One of the rules of any activity is safety. So

when we were thinking of all the excursions you’ll have in the Golf SportWagen, we

went ahead and fit some of the most advanced safety systems into this roomy 2015

IIHS Top Safety Pick‡ wagon. Plus when you opt for the available Driver Assistance

Package, we’ve provided you with a little extra help with visual and audible alerts.

Park Distance Control. Whether you’re parking or heading out,

the Park Distance Control system helps alert you when you may

get a little too close to cars in front of or behind you. As you inch

closer toward an object, you’ll get audible and visual warnings.

Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS). In the event of a

collision that deploys the vehicle’s airbags, the ICRS automatically

unlocks the doors, turns off the fuel pump, and turns on the

hazard lights.**

Adaptive airbags. You’re virtually surrounded in the Golf

SportWagen with six airbags, including Side Curtain Protection®

airbags that help protect you and your passengers.*

Seven stability-enhancing systems. Electronic Stability

Control can help the Golf SportWagen maintain control by

applying corrective forces at each wheel in poor conditions. It
