Medicaid Equipment Reuse Program

We retrieve 8 categories of medical equipment to donate to non‐profit organizations for redistribution – return required when no longer needed. If you have an item to return, please call the Clinical Reviewer for Vermont Medicaid at 1‐800‐250‐8427.

8 categories include: electric beds, standers, manual chairs, power chairs and scooters, AAC devices, lifts, rehab shower commode chairsWe collaborate with DME Vendors who place stickers with toll free number on equipmentEquipment is provided for free or at low cost to people who need it!
