ur values and principles help us on our journey towards sustainable development. By living according to our defined OCorporate Values, we can meet the current needs of our

organization and stakeholders, thus protecting, sustaining and enhancing human, natural and financial capital for the future.

We respect every individual. We draw strength from equal opportunity and diversity. We support personal growth and development of each individual. Student-centered learning is at the core of our thinking. We will focus on each student's needs, abilities, interests, and learning styles while placing the teacher as a facilitator of learning. We will help our students to manage their expectations and be able to consciously and constructively design their learning paths throughout their Heritage experience years. We will ensure all our stakeholders are kept informed of important developments and issues.

• Honesty. We will be open and honest in all our dealings and maintain the highest integrity at all times. We will act ethically and work in the interest of our stakeholders.• All concerns shall be aired constructively with solutions offered• Each person (student & teacher) is unique just as is endowed in

one skill or another. Everyone is entitled to express his views and concerns without interruption.

• InnovationInnovation to us, is seen as central to our capability in maximizing

opportunities for success in the 21st century. We are committed to the pursuit of innovative culture and attitude. We think differently. We act differently. We learn differently. We apply innovative thinking and creativity to everything we do. We continuously challenge and ask "why?” Innovation is a key driver for our growth!

• Creativity From our conception to inception, creativity has been an expression of the thoughts in our heads. We think new and innovative things that can change our society for good. We believe that education in our society needs a new way of delivery. We believe that perfection is worth fighting for. We bring creativity and innovation to our work in many forms – qualitative insights, strategic thinking, new media and tactics, and delivery approaches. We value creativity that is focused, and serving our strategic purpose, as well as continuously improving our results.

• ExcellenceWe will strive our utmost in doing what we say we will and delivering excellence and quality in everything we do. We will not rest on our accomplishments, but will rather build on them in our personal and corporate journey to be the best we can be and set new standards in our industry. We will expect more of ourselves than our stakeholders do. We will endeavor to exceed expectations in every aspect of our endeavour. We will recognize and reward excellence...always!
