I think Van Gogh need to had an good background of the painting because when I see the most, the background is blue and has a sky or only blue

In the Mona Lisa painting I found that the badness is the painting is black or tree and a small river.

When I see again I saw lot of van Gogh painting is about farming, farmer, sky and small houses.
