INGREDIENTS- 4 naan breads

-½ cup (125 mL) red pepper pesto

-½ cup (125 mL) shredded cheese (goa t , b lue o r otherwise)

-1 cup (250 ml) of sheets packed chopped spinach coarsely

PREPARATION1. Fill the naan with pesto,

c h e e s e a n d c h o p p e d spinach leaves.

2. Set the grill to medium. Place the pitas on greased grill, close the lid and cook until cheese is melted and filling is hot, about 10 minutes.

PESTO AND SPINACH

INGREDIENTS- 6 large russet potatoes, halved horizontally

- 6 slices bacon

- 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch (1/2-cm) slices

- 12 heavy-duty aluminum foil rectangles

-Butter, to taste (optional)

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners on

medium or make a wood fire and let it burn to get a bed of coals.

2. Generously season inside the potatoes with salt and pepper. Place a folded slice of bacon and an onion slice in the centre of each potato. Close.

3. Tightly wrap each potato in two layers of aluminum foil (one is sufficient if they are cooked on the grill).

4. Cook the potatoes in the coals or on the grill for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Serve with a knob of butter.

Atlantide campsite offers thematics all week-ends from June 19 to September 7. Family activities stand out with their staff, shows many animations, mascots, train for kids and many more.
