VOVK ALEKSANDR IVANOVICH

VOVK ALEKSANDR IVANOVICH (born in 1922 - Ukraine) Born in Kiev, Ukraine. Studied at Kiev Art Institute 1944-50. Active in Kiev, Ukraine. Master easel and monumental compositions. Began exhibiting 1949. Personal exhibitions artist took place in Berlin (1952), Vienna (1954) and Paris (1966). Taught at Kiev College of Applied Art 1951-52. Also a graphic artist. The works of the artist kept in the museums of Kiev, Kharkov, Feodosia, Donetsk and in many museums in Russia.
