Welcomed the trade delegation from the other side of Line of Control (LOC) in 2008 and impressed upon them for taking with the respective governments of India and Pakistan, the issues regarding smooth , transparent and fair LOC trade.
Overall, prior to entering the fray for the post of president of the CCI, I have worked in various capacities for the welfare of the people, I have represented from time to time. The mode of working shall be entirely in tune with modern concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) now widely prevalent in the business and trade.
