1 JUNE 2016 6 th EDITION Volunteers Sunday – Sunday 26th June Your football club needs you! One of our hard working directors, Amy Weaver, along with her partner, matchday PA announcer, David Brown, are organising a Volunteer Club Day on Sunday 26th June. The idea is that provided there is sufficient interest, supporters come to Longmead and are given tasks such as painting, vegetation clearance, weeding etc.all to ensure that we continue to have one of the smartest stadiums in the Ryman Premier League. Amy and David have promised music and possibly a bbq and all you have to do is bring some drink and snacks to share and willingness to do whatever you can. Like yours truly, you dont have to be a DIY expert to help! If you are able to come along please email David on [email protected] Thanks and remember this all about making our club better. When you are watching a game on a freezing January evening maybe you'll be able to think 'Yeah, I did that bit of painting'.
