Identify a national/local nongovernmental organization (NGO) that interests your group where you

can volunteer your services

o Example: Lola Grande Foundation for Women and Children

identify specifically which chapter or branch of the national org where you want/ can actually

volunteer (usu near your place of residence or school)

What are their main advocacy and activities? Why do you want to volunteer in this org?

Advocacies: culture & arts, gender and women issues

Who are their volunteers? How can someone volunteer? What do their volunteers do?

From children to adults.

Considering your talents and skills, identify a UP Manila-accredited organization with similar

advocacy as your chosen NGO where you can volunteer your services

Where are these organizations based?

What are their main advocacy and activities? Why do you want to volunteer in this org?

identify their advocacy and their activities (ask them for their schedule of activities for the year

or from the previous year)

Who are their volunteers? How can someone volunteer? What do their volunteers do?

UP Manila students or specific UPM college students only or even nonUP??

** visit org website, social media, read writeups etc or interview actual member

** you may add other important details about the organization who think the class should know about

** prepare max 10 min audiovisual report with max of 4 reporters only (bring own laptop or sound speakers as
