My hat goes off to Vice President Wayne Bachman and his group of volunteers, (too many to name), for doing an excellent job on the outdoor patio. It is still a work in progress with more to come.
I would also like to thank my wife, Lee for organizing the Children’s Christmas Party and to Chris Cartolaro for playing an awesome Santa Claus plus all the volunteers. Lawanna Perry took great photos and a good time was had by all.

A message from the Vice President, Wayne Bachman
Hello all,
Reflecting back on 2018, this has been quite an emotional roller coaster ride for many Club Members. We have lost many Club Members, some well before their time. There are Members with us that have had their lives changed in just the blink of an eye throughout the year, and I continue to pray and support them all.
Through good and bad, this past year has shown me that we are so much stronger together than alone. We have accomplished soooo much this past year, set a new record with the golf tournament, completed phase one of the outside patio, we have a GREAT bar staff, kitchen staff, with many good volunteers. I could go on and on.
On a personal note, as my first year serving as an officer, I have had the honor and privilege of meeting so many good people with big hearts that have stepped up and jumped to the occasion no matter what the need is. For many members, this is not just a club, it is a family.
I look forward to the year ahead; and as we close the door on 2018, I would like to wish each and every one of you a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year!
As always, please reach out and support the Club and be a volunteer.

Hello to all,
You may recall I missed the deadline for the December newsletter. But I feel that those November events are worth mentioning.
I would like to thank all those wonderful people that donated special food items that helped make our Thanksgiving Dinner such a great event. I greatly apricate all the thank yous, and appreciation I was given. How-ever, a special thanks goes out to Ernie Robbio & Lawanna Perry. They both spent a lot of hours & hard work to make it happen. I also appreci-ate all those that helped clean up and Vicki for distributing our left overs to those in need.
Hope all enjoyed the Christmas Party and thank you for all the wonder-ful food donations.
We still need volunteers to keep the machine running.

The Italian American Club of Se-bastian sponsors two Scholarship Funds, the Madeline Smith and the
Aggie Carrano Scholarships. The Madeline Smith Scholarship is provided to students of Sebastian River High School for their 1st year. Aggie Carrano The Aggie Carrano Scholarship is for their 2nd year of college. We are proud that we give back to the community and this would not be possible without the members who volunteer their time, energy and knowledge.
The club raises funds for these scholarships through: ●The An-nual Fall Golf Tournament ● Serving our famous sausage, pep-per & onion subs on July 4th ● Saturday Guest Lunches ● ●Special Guest Dinners.
