First,withRoseSoil,youdon’thavetoprovidefordrainageatthebottomofthecontainer.Secondly,itholdsontomoisturealotlongerthananypottingsoil.2.Containersintheshadeshouldactuallybemuchlighterincolorandthoseforthesuncanandshouldbedarker.

A number ofWest Bend Residents have called themanagementofficetocomplainabouttheirneighbor’strashand/ortrashcontainersbeingstoredinpublicviewonnon-trashdays.Thishasbeenanissuelongenough.Countlesslettershavebeensenttothesameviolatorstimeandtimeagain.

TheBoardofDirectorsdutiesare touphold thedeedrestrictionpoliciesfoundinthedeclarations.TheBoardmust take a stand immediately correcting this issue.Therefore,attheBoardMeetingheldonMarch15th,itwasresolvedtohireaservicecompanytophysicallyrelocatethetrashandtrashcontainersfrompublicview,aswellas,tohaveafineassessedtotheviolatinghomeowner.

Youprobablyloveyourpetsandtreatthemjustlikepartofthefamily.Asahomeowner,youhavemanyresponsibilitieswhenitcomestoyourpets,suchasensuringthattheydon'thurtanyone,andthattheydon'tcausepropertydamageorbecomeanuisancetoyourneighbors.

The West Bend governing documents clearly state the pet restrictions.

BarcAnimalShelter andAdoptions (BARC)handles animalservicesintheCityofHouston,Texas.Petownersarerequiredto licensedogs and cats.Theannual license for an alteredpetis $20 and for an unaltered pet is $60. Proof of spaying orneutering is required, along with a current rabies certificate.Everyanimalbitemustbereportedtoauthorities,accordingtotheTexasStateHealthandSafetyCode.Call3-1-1toreportananimalbite.Informationtoshareincludeslocationoftheanimal,if known, and addresswhere the bite occurred.A dog can bedeclared as a nuisance under several circumstances, includingif the animal interfereswith the right to enjoyment of life bypersonsotherthantheowners.Theinterferencecanbeduetoincessantbarkingorhowling,damagingpropertyotherthantheowner’s,andrepeateddefecationonanother’sproperty.Thecity
