At New Living Homes we know it’s a tough world out there – a world that’s seen the price of homes skyrocket to the point where everyday Australians are struggling to find affordable and functional housing. As a division of Masterton Homes, our specialised team was put together by Jim and his long-time colleague, Graham Keys. We were told to sharpen our pencils and come up with some fabulous new designs at truly affordable prices.

Up for the challenge, we’ve designed numerous award winning homes and we keep coming up with new and innovative concepts to accommodate every type of family and provide promising opportunities for investors.

Our latest designs are part of our new and exciting Metro Range – an array of single story homes for narrow blocks, where desirability meets affordability.

With smarter designs these homes maximise available space, and they can be adapted to most block shapes and solar orientation.

The contemporary floor plans allow for open living spaces, dining and alfresco areas, 3 to 4 bedrooms, single garages, a separate laundry and an Ensuite for the master bedroom. We offer an essential upgrade package so your home can come fully fitted with quality and necessary extras like ducted air conditioning and remote control garage doors. With 13 interchangeable façade’s to choose from, the Metro Range offers homes that are stylish both inside and out.
