International Healing Conference 2017
Heart of the Father Ministries once again supported the Int’l Healing Conference
and IAHM (Int’l Ass’n of Healing Ministries). Dr David Nichols was a main speaker,
and brought forth a revelation word based on Acts 10:38. Using powerful illustra-
tions from India, Africa, and the USA, he set forth an apostolic reformation position
on demon possession. The message is that Satan does not own or possess anyone.
Demonization involves levels of influence of demons over people, that is broken in
the name of Jesus. Watch the whole message on www.heartofthefather.net.
On August 14-27, Heart of the Father Ministries sponsored a trip to Tanzania and
Rwanda, led by Dr David Nichols. James Johnston from Ellendale, ND assisted with
the ministry and preaching. In Kisesa Magu, Tanzania, the meetings began with the
healing of an 8-year-old muslim boy who was deaf. His testimony ushered in the
healing presence of Jesus, and many more were healed in the five nights. A lady
whose legs were paralyzed with burning pain, came on the platform and walked all
over with no pain after being healed by Jesus. Two different nights each saw about
1500 people respond to take Jesus as their Savior and Lord. When we got to Nya-
gatare, Rwanda, things were different. The first three nights, barely ten people
came forward to the altar calls. On the fourth night, the manifest Presence of the
living God came on the grounds. Most of us were on our faces in the dirt. As this
was happening, two witch doctors, who had been concealing themselves in the
crowd, ran off the field. On the fourth and fifth nights, hundreds came to repent.

At left is Ramona Rickard, co-founder of RAIN Ministries, and board member of
HOTFM. Here is her testimony: “In May, I was in the hospital with unstable
angina, I was very fragile, if I had any chest pain longer than 5 minutes, I was to
call 911. Dr David began to pray for us over the cell phone, and the presence
of God fell on us there at home. I was drinking in the presence of God and the
fire came upon me, lasting for three days. All my heart pain quit immediately!
It never came back! I had more tests done with my cardiologist and my arteries
are as slick as a whistle, my heart output pressure is 76 (normal for adults is
50-70). My heart doctor said that I have the heart of a 35-year-old!”

Heart of the Father School of Ministry At left is Peter Couper teaching the inaugural class of HOTFSOM on Sept 5,
2017. We are off to a great start for this Fall semester. If you are interested in
being prepared for ministry with instruction at or near the college level,
HOTFSOM may be for you! Spring semester begins on January 16, and we are
offering two exciting courses: Book of Acts, taught by Peter Couper on Tuesday
Nights, and Revivals, taught by Dr David Nichols on Thursday nights. Class
meets from 6:30-9:00pm each night for 14 weeks. We offer an A.A. degree in
Christian Ministry, with a third year available for those seeking ministerial cre-
dentials. You must apply for admission and be accepted through our process,
then you may take a course, or go for the A.A! Check out www.institute440.org.

I am convinced more than ever by our last trip to Africa that the Great Commission can be fulfilled in our lifetimes!!
One of the amazing blessings of these missions trips is that we get to train pastors and workers to bring the Gospel
of the Kingdom to their villages. In Nyagatare, Rwanda, working with our brother Appolinary, we trained several
hundred Anglican pastors in healing the sick and ministering miracles. Here
is a quote from an e-mail I received a month after we returned: “the good
news I am getting from Nyagatare pastors is that because of your seminar in
Nyagatare they continue to heal people’s illness, pastors pray for ill people in
the church service, and even in the pastors’ offices. That is really good news
because most of pastors didn’t be-
lieve that they had power and au-
thority, but through your teaching
they came to believe that they have
authority over every kind of evil spirit.” Would you please consider part-
nering with us to continue this work of preaching the Gospel of the King-
dom, and just as importantly, training others to do the same? If you
