Congratulations SHMS Scholar Athlete Award Winners!
Eighth graders Ava Paynter and Peter Armour were the recipients of the Eastern Delaware County Scheduling Group Scholar-Athlete Award. These students were honored dur-ing an awards pro-gram on May 28th at the Rolling Green Golf Club. Con-

Parent Interest Meeting: Quebec 2015

We will go over the itinerary, travel requirements, and answer any ques-tions you may have. This trip is open to those students enrolled in 7th and
8th grade French during the 2014—2015 school year.

The 8th grade students received a warm welcome from their German partners when we ar-
rived early May.
German Exchange:
Visiting Neuschwanstein Castle is one of the German exchange highlights for Haven's 8th
graders.
Come join us for some great music making at the
“Wallingford Swarthmore Summer Band and String School.”
It is a great opportunity to keep playing your instrument in the summer or
to learn a new instrument.

in our evening band

WSSD School.
Once again, the Wallingford Swarthmore School District is offering a sum-
mer music program for students in grades 3 – 12. The program is for any student
interested in playing any of the band or string instruments. Instruction includes:
small group lessons, large ensemble rehearsals for band, orchestra, jazz band;
jazz improvisation seminars and clinics.
