Recording of Mobile Conversations

Today, the ongoing Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) trend and consumerization of the IT revolution continues to place tremendous challenges on IT organizations tasked with ensuring data security and mobile compliance with an ever evolving framework of regulations.

As more and more employees use mobile devices to enhance their productivity, significant amounts of sensitive data now move outside the bounds of company-owned IT environments. When combined with evolving financial regulations requiring the preservation of this data, the new challenges require the creation of enabling technologies to ensure compliance.

ASC’s voice recording solution in partnership with Tango Networks enables compliance with these regulations in an easy and efficient manner. It is integrated directly in the carrier environment, requires a minimum of configuration to deploy, and is easily maintained.

Active VoIP Recording

EVOIPneo active provides a seamlessly integrated VoIP recording solution for mobile devices by recording duplicated SIP streams of selected mobile conversations directly within the carrier environment. As an option, all recordings can be replicated to premise-based environments to ensure company ownership and long-term retention and retrieval.

Solution Design with Tango Networks

ASC’s highly scalable VoIP recording software EVOIPneo is co-located directly in carrier network environments, and provides direct access for recording communications from any mobile device supplied by the carrier. All relevant calls are stored directly within the carrier’s network environment and can also be replicated to premise-based recording solutions for long-term retrieval. The solution works completely independent of the mobile device operating system, and supports Android, BlackBerry OS, iOS, Symbian, and Windows Phone devices. As such, no special hardware,

software or p h o n e - b a s e d applications are required, enabling recording with zero impact on user experience.
