Because God highly values each human life, and is involved in the creation of every

individual, abortion is a great offense against God and against the preborn child. God prohibits

the killing of innocent people, which includes preborn babies (Exodus 20:13; Deuteronomy

19:10; Proverbs 6:16–17). The killing of children is particularly detestable to God and invites His

wrath (Jeremiah 7:30–34). God also calls us to be rescuers of those who are being killed

(Proverbs 24:11; Psalm 82:3).

Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh that you would choose life, that you and your descendants might live! Choose to love the LORD your God and to obey him and commit yourself to him, for he is your life. -Deuteronomy 30:19–20 NLT

Mother’s Day Celebration

As you know that the

massive earthquake

hit Nepal on 25th

April, 2015 the same

day the baby Grace

was born. In the

midst of the calami-

ties the baby Grace

and her mom were

safe. It was due to

God’s grace alone.

The Baby Grace is

now with her mom

because her mom

decided to raise her.

We must thank God

that the Baby Akimi

was born very safely.

Her mother chose the

name ‘Akimi’ for her.

And her mother

wanted to give par-

enting to her as a

single mother. She

lives in Compassion

House with her

mother. Her mother

works as an warden

in the Compassion

House. Please pray

for her and her mom

constantly.

had an interview for Navayata Magazine on the occasion of

International Women’s Day which was really good achievement.

And the on air interaction regarding the works of VOF Nepal in

‘Meeting Point’ of Image FM 97.9. The Image Channel had cov-

ered the news event of VOF Relief Program in Bhirkot Dolakha

and eventually the stories of our single moms and kids, about

Compassion home and VOF Nepal. They were really fruitful!
