Dear friends and families, the journey of 2014 remained very productive. We had many opportunities to meet and serve peo-

ple with the teaching and message of the sanctity of human life. We found people’s attitude changed and many lives saved

throughout the year of 2014. Now, we are starting our new life-giving journey with new plan and strategies. So, we appreciate

your prayer, financial support, advice, technical and man power support this year too. Finally, We would like to express our

gratitude to all who involved us with your prayer, finance, technical and volunteer support. Thank you!

On 30th

November, 2014 (Sunday) VOF conducted Voice for the voiceless (VFV) training among the 55 women from 11 differ-

Society and facilitated by Soman Rai the Executive Director in VOF and the volunteer team from St. Xavier Collage. In the train-

ing the women were informed about their value and dignity in family and society and their reproductive health issues, foetal

development, abortion procedures and its complications. Eventually, they were taught about the way out and alternatives to

unwanted and unplanned pregnancies without applying the methods of elective abortion. After the presentation people’s atti-

tude and viewpoints to their own lives, bodies and unborn babies found changed which was very plain with their feedbacks.

FUNDING

First of all, VOF believes in vision, then in provision. We are always committed to

fulfil the vision from God, but it won’t be possible unless someone wish to support the

vision from God with their cheerful heart and hand. So, please open your heart and

hand to support this LIFE- GIVING work. VOF receives any kind of grant you wish

to send: prayer, financial, commodity, volunteers, technical, etc. Thank you.

On 13th December, 2014 VOF Nepal grabbed an opportunity to run an awareness stall in the occasion of Children Fair organ-

ized by ECEC Nepal at Jawalakhel football ground. We had displayed fetal model, life in the womb-flip chart, abortion ex-

plained– flip chart, banners, wall of ‘I choose Life’ , etc. Hundreds of people visited our stall and collected knowledge and

information about Life in the womb and the reality of abortion. Many people recommended that our stall is the highlight of

children fair. One of the staff of ECEC itself admitted that she was not much serious about the 12 weeks of unborn baby than

she was that day when volunteer explained her about. So, we appreciate the volunteers from St. Xavier collage and ECEC.

On 21st November, 2014 VOF rescue team headed towards the location from where

they had received a phone call for help. There they met a couple who had baby with

their illegitimate sexual relation and they were not willing to raise the baby girl. So,

after a counselling and paper work they rescued the baby and brought to VOF’s Infant

Refuge Centre-IRC. And there was a couple who had applied to VOF for a baby girl for

adoption, so we contacted them and they welcomed the baby in their family with

great joy. Today, the baby is safe and the couple is really happy.
