HerearethemostimportantthingsyouneedtoknowabouttheVodafoneNetworksoyoucancommunicatethesefactstoyourcustomers:• Vodafonehasspentover3billiondollarssince2012todeliverbetterindoor
coverage,fasterdownloadspeedsandastrongersignalacrossmanypartsofAustralia.
• TheVodafone4Gnetworkcoversmorethan22millionAustralians.
• Hereissomethingreallyimportanttoremembertotellallofyourcustomers:
§ Ifanewcustomersigninguptoaplanisnotsatisfiedwiththenetworkwithinthefirst30days,theycancancel.It’scalledtheVodafoneNetworkSatisfactionGuarantee.
§ Vodafonewillevenrefundanymonthlyaccessfeesandmonthlyhandsetinstalmentsprovidedthecustomerreturnsthedeviceinitsoriginalpackagingwithin10daysofaclaim.It’savailableonceperpersonperyear.Thisisinadditiontothecustomer’sAustralianConsumerLawrights.OtherT&CsapplywhichyoucanfindontheVodafonewebsite.
