Important Tips (Recommendations) 3.1. Checking your account balance We recommend you to check your current available account balance only after disconnecting from the service. For more information about how to check your account balance, see paragraph 4.2. 3.2. Downloading large files Before starting to download a large file, you should have better checked your current available balance as related to the file you want to download. 3.3. Indicative use of the most typical files A 1MB upload or download equals indicatively to: > 50 web pages, mainly portals, without many photographs > 350 e-mails (just text) > 1 MP3 file (1 min.) > 1 MS PowerPoint slide of average size > 2 Word files as large as this document 3.4. Download Managers / Session Managers For the smooth operation of the service, we recommend you to install a program that can detect when you are downloading a file and saves the partial download, thus preventing from possible loss of the transferred data in case your connection stops for any reason (e.g. because your account balance run out of credit prior to completing your download, or because the connection dropped accidentally). You may find and download a download manager through the internet, by searching the

10

keyword “download manager” at any search engine. Please note that Vodafone cannot accept responsibility for any problems may occur due to the installation and use of such programs. 4. Renewal of Credit Value (Data Volume) To renew your available credit value, you may acquire any Vodafone à la Carte or Vodafone CU recharge card of any desired value. When purchasing a Vodafone à la Carte or a Vodafone CU recharge card, you purchase the equivalent amount of the recharge card to text messages and data transfer. You may find Vodafone à la Carte or Vodafone CU cards at any Vodafone store or news stand.

The Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Connection Service recharge cards are similar to the recharge cards used for any prepay handset. Once you have registered the credit value to the Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Connection Service, you can use this credit value to transfer data and send / receive text messages. You cannot make voice calls using the Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Connection Service. 4.1. Renewal of Credit Value (Data Volume) Depending on the value you want to recharge, acquire a Vodafone à la Carte or CU recharge card and proceed according to the following instructions. 1. Scratch the card to make the code appear. 2. You can renew your card credit value by either of these two methods: A. From the Vodafone Mobile Connect application, send an SMS (free of

charge) to 1252 containing the character "A", and the code appearing on the recharge card right next to it. You may make up to 10 renewals daily.

Although this SMS is free of charge, you need to have available balance of at least 0.0085 € to be able to send this SMS.

B. You can also dial 1252 free of charge from a Vodafone mobile or dial 694 4401254 from a fixed digital phone.

3. Follow the instructions and enter the card code to register the credit value. 4. You will receive an SMS informing you on the successful top up of your

account. 4.2. Credit Balance Using the Vodafone Mobile Connect application, send a text message to 1252 containing the character "Υ". You will receive a message informing about your current credit balance. Although this SMS is free of charge, you need to have

11

available balance of at least 0.0085 € to be able to send this SMS. To check your current credit balance, you may send to 1252 up to 8 messages daily. 4.3. Renewal of Credit through Another Mobile or Fixed Phone

In case you want to renew your Vodafone Mobile Connect credit value and it is not possible to purchase a Vodafone à la Carte or a Vodafone CU recharge card, you can ask for someone else to do it for you. The other person must purchase a Vodafone à la Carte or a Vodafone CU recharge card, dial 1254 free of charge from a Vodafone mobile phone or dial 694 4401254 from a fixed digital phone and by following the instructions, the other person can renew the credit needed for your Vodafone Mobile Connect.

4.4. Renewal of Credit through ATMs (ALPHA BANK, National Bank of Greece)

You can insert your cashcard into the ATM, access the ATM menu and choose the Vodafone à la Carte recharge option for any amount you prefer (among 15€, 30€ and 60€). On the receipt issued by the ATM there is a code you can use to renew your Vodafone Mobile Connect credit by calling 1254. These amounts are valid for 365 days since the last activation of the card.

4.5. Vodafone à la Carte or Vodafone CU Recharge Card Terms of Use

All the prepaid recharge cards give you the opportunity to make connections for data transfer using a credit value equal to the cost of the card for a period of 365 days since the date of its activation; otherwise, the credit value is invalidated.

The card is valid for this time period of 365 days which cannot be transferred or added up to another recharge card. You can activate a new recharge card even if you have not used up the credit value of your previous card or have a negative balance on your card. In this case, the balance of your previous card, either positive or negative, will be added to the credit value of the new one.

If you have not used up the credit value of the recharge card within the time period of 365 days, then you forfeit the right of use of the card’s balance. If you do not activate a new recharge card within the next 180 days starting from the date of data connection barring, then Vodafone retains the right to disconnect your personal telephone number from the Vodafone à la Carte scheme. Any offers applied to the mobile subscribers do not always apply to the Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Connection Service subscribers as well.

5. Vodafone Customer Care Service

5.1 About Customer Care Service

In terms of the Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Connection Service, the staff of Vodafone is always ready to help you on:

• Activating your recharge cards • Utilizing any capabilities provided by Vodafone Mobile Connect service

12

simply by dialing 1251 from a Vodafone mobile free of charge, 13830 if you call from abroad or +306944 401251 from any other phone.

• Inform you about the procedure for issuing a detailed billing statement. • Solve any problems, etc.

6. GPRS/3G or other services

6.1 Roaming

Vodafone Mobile Connect is the first service in Greece which allows all subscribers to connect whilst abroad without any complicated procedures and without using a credit card. While abroad, the Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Connection Service will automatically access any available 3G and/or GPRS network on the area. All you need to do is to top up your Vodafone Mobile Connect service account with additional credit value. This roaming service has already covered most of the European 3G and/or GPRS networks and still expands.

Capabilities provided:

• You can access the Internet using the same method as if you were in Greece, just by clicking the connection button once it is active.

• You can send and receive text messages.

Travel abroad and connect with no limits!

The renewal of your Vodafone Mobile Connect credit value is simple. If you had already purchased extra recharge cards from Greece, you can renew your credit value simply by calling 1252 from your mobile (charged at the outgoing call rate), or +30694 4401254 from a fixed phone or other mobile phone.

Even if you forgot to purchase extra cards before your trip or your credit value was over while traveling abroad, you can renew the Vodafone Mobile Connect Prepaid Service only through Vodafone by purchasing local Vodafone Phone Cards at the country you visit*.

The procedure is simple:

• Just acquire a Vodafone recharge card and • call 694 4401254 from any phone and register the card code following the

instructions provided.

Based on the operation specifications of the mobile telephony networks, you can view roaming calls-receipts and/or connections within the geographical boundaries of Greece. This phenomenon appears in border areas where the geomorphology of the terrain makes full radio coverage impossible. In these cases, we suggest that you should select a network using your mobile phone. For more information, call Vodafone Customer Care Service on 1251 from a Vodafone mobile phone free of charge, on 13830 if you call from abroad or +306944 401251 from any other network.

* For more information about Roaming service without using any procedures / credit card and the supported networks worldwide, call Vodafone Customer Care Service on

13

1399 from a Vodafone mobile free of charge, or 13830 if you call from abroad, or +306944 401399 from any other network.

7.1. Detailed Billing Statement

If you wish to check the cost of calls made during the latest thirty days, you can call the Vodafone Customer Care Service on 1251 from a Vodafone mobile or 694 4401251 from any other mobile or fixed phone to request for a detailed billing statement.

This detailed billing statement can be issued and sent only through your personal code (the user's code). Refer to the Vodafone Mobile Connect pricelist about the charge of the service. The amount of charge is deducted automatically from your card’s credit value. In case your account balance is zero or less than the amount corresponding to the charge of the service, the issue of a detailed billing statement is not possible.

A detailed billing statement will be sent to you only if you have filled in your personal details regarding your Vodafone Mobile Connect prepaid connection number on the special form, also attaching a copy of your ID card, at any Vodafone store.
