Hermes by Vocalcom is the first phoning solution available on Saleforce Cloud. Vocalcom’s software suite blends in customer oriented Salesforce Service Cloud Suite to present a complete Customer Relationship Solution “100% Cloud” The software suite Hermes, developed for call center by Vocalcom is now available online, « in the cloud », via Saleforce.com platform Force.com. This point; besides the integration of both Salesforce’s CRM software, now seen as a challenger for Oracle and SAP, and Hermes features , helps the French editor being the first one proposing a complete software solution for call centers, available with a “pay-as-you-go” mode, fully hosted on salesforce “Cloud” . Force.com is an online platform allowing companies to create and spread apps in the « Cloud », it groups over 250 000 clients CRM apps used par key actors such as Japan Post, Kaiser Permanente, KONE and Sprint Nexetel, over 1300 partner applications as BMC, FinancialForce.com and Fujitsu. Such distributing method allows Vocalcom a targeted approach of new potential clients, interested by SoLoMo (considering customer as Social Local and Mobile). According to Anthony Dinis, Vocalcom CEO, adaptation to such models were unavoidable: “Our clients are asking for in cloud solutions, easy and quick to deploy. Theirs customers are more and more demanding. Our new solution Hermes Cloud will help our clients becoming social companies. Used with Salesforce Cloud service, it’ll help enhance quality and efficiency in processing customer’s demands.” With this new version of Hermes, it is now possible to use every feature available in the other versions with a greater nimbleness: the only things needed to use it are a computer and an internet providing, installation, whether of devices or of softwares, is useless.
