The annual Venture Out activities are perfect for Millcreek families who love living in the Wasatch Front’s ‘gateway to adventure’. The fun, active and family-friendly options that are available all summer long speak to the Millcreek community’s unique identity and are great for families who are look-ing for something to do on long summer nights. I look forward to bringing my family to join in on the fun and encourage all Millcreek residents to take part in activities

you know you love, and I hope you’ll try some-thing new. With Venture Out, there’s something for everyone.

Thank you, and enjoy!

Ben McAdams, Salt Lake County Mayor

Welcome to Salt Lake County Council District 4! I’m Sam Grana-to, your County Councilman and neighbor. I live in Millcreek Town-ship, as do most of my children and grandchildren. I have had a business in the area for many years, and my heart is here in the community. Our proximity to the majestic Wasatch mountains, the wonderful Millcreek Community Center, and all the many other Salt Lake county amenities, as well as the great services we receive from the Unifi ed Fire Department and the Unifi ed Police Department, make Millcreek Township is a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

I have truly enjoyed collaborating with you and many community groups to make our neighborhood the best it can be. This event is a great example of what can happen when County agencies, Community Councils, and the neighborhoods come together for the benefi t of everyone. Have a great summer, and I look forward to seeing all of you at the Venture Outdoors Events.

I enjoy hearing from you! Please contact me at 385-468-7457 with thoughts, con-cerns, ideas and issues.
