The VIY2-125 ground penetrating radar (GPR) is used for location and analysis of underground anomalies using electromagnetic pulse radiation. The GPR is suitable for searching of both metal and dielectric targets (stratiform structures, pipes, voids, building constructions etc.).Basic applications: Engineering and communication objects searching Engineering construction examination (building basis, dams, etc.) Man-caused accident areas investigation Underground anomalies searching (voids, breaks, foreign inclusions, weak rocks) Ground water level determination Subsurface deposits profilingPeculiarities Odometer and GPS connect right to a GPR. GPR itself connects to a computer via WiFi or directly with a USB cable. Thus, a georadar antenna represents a complete monoblock georadar. The solution ensures that antenna and electronics are perfectly matched; the device is highly reliable and easy to operate Spectrum randomizing (quasi-random sampling sequence) - interference immunity improvement especially to coherent influences Increased dynamic range owing to digitally stacking of received signals Real time signal pre-processing Low power consumption - at least 8 hours working session without charging necessity Thanks to the standard USB connectionor the WiFi one, the user can choose any computer to work with VIY GPR. It can be either netbook, or modern models with a 12-core processorThe VIY3-125 GPR specifications: Antenna frequency: 125 MHz Analogue-to-Digital Converter range: 18 bit Dynamic range: at least 135 dB Data acquisition rate: up to 146 traces per second Survey window: 120, 180, 240, 300 ns Maximum number of samples per trace: 1 000 Trace stacking number: up to 128 Depth of sounding: up to 15 m (determined by soil properties) Spatial resolution: better than 1.0 m Trigger mode: single, internal, external File size of single profile: up to 1 000 000traces Interface: USB2 or WiFi Dimensions (L x W x H): 1105x 580x 232 mm Weight: 28.5 kg Operating temperature range: -20C to 40C Continuous operation time: at least 8 hours
