The following is my Vivid Vision. Creating a vivid vision brings the incredibly beautiful and magnificently abundant future into the present, so we can have clarity on what we are building now. It is a detailed overview of what MYM will look like, feel like, contribute and act like three years out—by December 31, 2020. Sharing it with all the amazing people around me ensures it becomes reality!

What I Do…Fill the business world with the highest energy… LOVE! Why I “do what I do” is simple and clear—I am a world changer through entrepreneurs and love helping them turn their dreams into reality and watching them succeed financially and personally, with tons of love in their life, through the worldwide acclaimed and endorsed Business Sherpa System of LIVE courses (complemented with online courses) and graduated levels of action, focus and accountability groups. We are the game changer in the business world: I have also turned the business world on its head by creating an incredible global culture and community where people love MYM and line up to work for and with MYM. Our MYM Team (Staff) are completely looked after with our new age way of treating, acknowledging, recognizing and celebrating with them. In fact, our MYM Team loves contributing to the success of the company and continually get rewarded both financially and personally to achieve greater levels of financial abundance and personal freedom to do what they want to do. Our MYM Team is comprised of only gifted and caring “A Players” who love contributing to MYM so much that they continually recommend other “A Player” friends and family to join the MYM Team.

The Business Sherpa System for 2020 The Business Sherpa System has gained international recognition as the most successful Entrepreneurial training program. Inquiries are received weekly from individuals globally wanting to partner with us to take the Business Sherpa System to other cities and countries all over the world. We have become the Harvard School of Business for the Entrepreneur. In fact, I am often invited to speak on entrepreneurship at universities all over the globe, and key institutions like Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, etc. are coming to us for advice and to speak on their stages, and have made us part of their curriculums. We operate in 30 cities globally; 12 in North America, 12 in Europe and 6 in New Zealand & Australia and continue to systematically expand into other countries; completing 120 Business Mastery Events per year and changing the lives of over 48,000 Entrepreneurs, their families and employees on an annual basis, and directly impacting over 1 million people annually! I am frequently invited to present at Conferences, Associations, Organizations, Entrepreneur Organization and Young President’s Organization, and have gained the reputation as the World’s #1 Authority on Entrepreneurship, Culture and Business with Soul!

MYM has created an incredible global culture and community and I am sought after to speak on major stages around the world on building a powerful new age culture in business. A culture that is devoted to those who helped build the organization; MYM Team, Faculty, Facilitators, Trainers and Students. I am also the “Go-To Sherpa” for other speakers and training organizations on how to build sustainable, and highly profitable, speaking and training businesses. I set a firm limit for the number of annual speaking events I do, which increases the demand for my services, and my fees increase substantially each year to where I am paid over $50,000 for a 90-minute keynote. This allows me more time with my family. Speakers’ bureaus enthusiastically book me to speak at their top students’ events.

Live Programs & Groups for 2020 The Business Sherpa System has highly trained Faculty, Facilitators and Trainers who are paid to deliver the courses and group materials, and who live and exude the MYM core values and culture. Each course has dedicated Faculty that travel from city to city monthly to deliver the materials LIVE. The MYM University is fully functional where all MYM Team, Faculty, Facilitators and Trainers are indoctrinated in the MYM culture, policies, procedures, ethics, training styles, etc. to ensure the same quality and client experience is delivered globally in every aspect. The MYM University has become an annual event and celebration with our global team of MYM Team, Faculty, Facilitators and Trainers.

Amazing Entrepreneur Success Expedition. Our students stay with us for a minimum of 48 months. They can start at BEST Mindset only, upgrade to

The Business Sherpa System and complete 24 months with us. Thereafter, they continue into the Life

System for another 24 months. Group memberships in KAP-IT Success and Legacy Mastermind continue

way beyond 60 months. Thereafter, our students become fully self-sufficient and we partner with other

individuals and organizations (Mentors) and refer them to our students to assist them to the next level,

whether it be selling their business, succession planning, white labelling, franchising, licensing, etc. Many of our Business Sherpa System students have become Faculty, Facilitators, Trainers and Mentors for the Amazing Entrepreneur Success Expedition. In fact, the only way to become Faculty, a Facilitator or a Trainer is by having gone through the Business Sherpa System.

Leadership I continue to guide the amazing company that has been created with a senior executive team (Brilliance Team) who runs the entire business whilst I am supporting our organization and Global Partners. We continue to enhance the education and processes to maximize the learning experience for our students and to deliver state of the art and cutting edge materials in all our courses and groups. Our students continue to grow both personally and financially, and have no hesitation in referring other business owners to us to “MYM their businesses”. We are also chosen to speak on stages for the incredible culture that we have created and have people lined up to join our team and become students.

Communication People trust me because I say what’s on my mind. I am respected for that. People say MYM is a breath of fresh air in the industry and has been the change that this industry needed to see. We are the resource Entrepreneurs want in their back pocket and they refer us continuously by saying you must “MYM Your Business”.

Customer Service Our students are very clear about what we promise and what it takes to become successful. They know that we have a trained team to support them through challenges and to keep them on track, and that we will always hold them to a higher standard by pushing them through their challenges to achieve what they thought was the impossible. Our students know we deliver incredible value, care deeply for them, and always under promise and over deliver.

Media The media regularly turns to me and our Faculty as the go-to experts. The media covers what I do and asks me to be a regular contributor. I have several columns in leading business news outlets and magazines. I have my own television show, highlighting people who think they are disadvantaged, and creating business success stories out of them.

Marketing Our marketing systems both online and offline have become highly reproducible where starting a city with a Business Mastery audience of 400 hearts in seats and above is highly predictable. In fact, we have expanded marketing, which has become a huge profit centre, and now have an in-house team that is contracted by our students to do funnel building, websites, landing pages, social media, online advertising and strategies, etc. Heart Connections has grown into a group of people where we are booking 2 – 3 highly leveraged and/or highly paid speaking engagements a week with audiences of 250 or more. Plus, we have built a massive database and incredible connections with executives at associations, organizations, etc. that we now contract out this service to our students to help them fill their events, and we regularly refer our students to our connections and get rewarded by them for doing this.

My Sherpas… I connect and learn from those who have already “figured it out.” I practice what I preach—“R&D = Research & Duplicate.” I study fiercely—what the great companies do and how they do it—so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel. I’m known as a “connector” because of how many people I know and regularly call on, leveraging social networks and the amazing people I meet globally. Our track record of hyper-growth with our students and honesty in our relationships is what accelerates and grows our community of trust. I am blessed to have Mentors who regularly get together with me to share their experience and guide me along the path to building a 100 million dollar company and eventually a billion dollar business.

People & Profitability…When you focus on dollars you will have

money to count, when you focus on people you will have countless dollars! We continue to be extremely profitable doing exactly what we love. MYM revenues have grown from 5 million in 2015 to 120 million in 2020 with a net margin of 30%. Our client engagement rate has risen to over 98%.

Team Abundance We have built a large real estate portfolio of rental properties and campuses in many cities and have created a MYM Team financial participation program where the MYM Team gets to invest and own a portion of the Real Estate Abundance Program (REAP). Team members’ financial net worth is growing abundantly and they are on the path to becoming financially set because of MYM. We have also started to invest in qualified MYM students’ businesses and other amazing opportunities. Some of these are offered to our MYM Team for them to invest in and grow financially.

How I feel I feel successful and proud every day. People keep telling me that I look incredibly relaxed. I feel fortunate to be doing what I am doing. I comfortably accept the praise people give me and I let it sink in. I make a conscious effort to choose happiness and stay focused on my energy and living what we teach at all levels!

Living the Dream…Doing what I want to do, with whom I want to do

it, when I want to do it, with no financial or time limitations! I take off 3 – 4 months a year and have quality time building my relationships with my family and friends. I choose international engagements where I’m able to add days or weeks of personal time to enjoy the country with Gabi, and as Ruby and Jade get older, we include them more as well.

Culture, Core Values & Community Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to build a talked about and revered culture where people submit resumes daily to become part of the MYM Team. Our MYM Team love coming to work each day, are fully engaged and excited about where the company is heading, and super proud to be part of it. Together with our students we have built a community of trust that the students adore and respect, the Business Sherpa System is respected, and any other 3rd party courses we recommend are in line with maintaining the trust. Our annual Business Excellence event rotates from country to country and has grown to where we fill stadiums with 10,000s of students who fly in from all over the world. And, we have speakers/trainers/artists/entertainers who live our core values and do a combination of motivational music, inspirational talks, and entertainment, making this one of our most highly profitable events annually. Our students also primarily refer one another and use one another’s products and services so that multi-million dollars are changing hands each year between them. We have built out 5 - 10 highly influential partnerships nationally and internationally with airlines, technology companies, cell phone providers, insurance companies, hotel chains, etc. to sponsor our events and in return we promote their products and services. We live the core values that we have set for the company—and I ask you to call each other and me on any deviation.

Make YOUR Mark Foundation Make YOUR Mark Foundation has been established and supports charities, people, institutions and organizations that are near and dear to my heart and the hearts of the Brilliance Team & MYM Team members. We have started to impact children globally via infiltrating the school system and having children learn that they can be financially abundant and set for life by 25! By changing the children, we know we can alter and completely shift the global debt pandemic.

Professionally, the success they find in their businesses implementing my systems validates my commitment to them. I only work with students who are an absolute fit with our core values. To the students I can help catapult, I am a magnet. I also repel the students who aren’t a complete match.
