Rambøll Lys udnytter den nyeste teknologi og lystekniske software til at visualisere og simulere lys– og skyggeforhold ved brug af detaljerede 3D-modeller.

3D-modeller kan med høj præcision simulere selv de mest komplekse forhold for såvel dagslyset som lyskilder, armaturer og materialers fysiske egenskaber.

Rambølls 3D-printer er et nyttigt hjælpemiddel, når en detaljeret bygningsdel skal studeres under vekslende lysforhold. Bygningsdelen printes ud, og udskriften kan bruges som en målfast fysisk model.

Simulering af lys udgør et effektivt værktøj, som med fordel kan benyttes til både sol - og dagslysberegninger, analyser af scenarier samt traditionelle lysberegninger med kunstlys.

VISUALISERINGRambøll Lighting utilizes the latest technology and lighting software to visualize and simulate lighting and shadow conditions in detailed 3D models.

3D models offer highly precise simulations of the most complex conditions for daylight, light sources, luminaires and the physical attributes of the materials themselves.

Rambøll’s 3D printer is a useful aid when a detailed section of a building must be studied under varying lighting conditions. A printout is created of the section in question to serve as a scale model.

Light simulation is an effective tool which can be profitably used for both sunlight and daylight calculations, scenario analyses as well as traditional light calculations with artificial light.

ANKARA CONCERTHAL, ANKARA, TYRKEY

Rambøll Lighting utilised computer generated 3D modelling for a visual representation of the proposed lighting concept. The visuals are not accurate simulations but an indication of the atmosphere created within the concert hall once the proposed lighting has been installed. Different lighting components and materials interact and leave an intimate and South-East European feel in the space.

Rambøll Lys benyttede en 3D model som grundlag til at udarbejde en visualisering af det foreslåede belysningskoncept. Visualiseringen er ikke en præcis repræsentation, men et stemningsbillede på hvad der vil ske i salen med den nye belysning.

Forslag til belysning af Marmorkirken i København. Rambøll Lys udarbejdede 3 visualiseringer i forbindelse med udgivelsen af debatbogen ’Lys eller ej’ af Peter Olesen fra 2004.

RETURKRAFT, KRISTIANSAND, NORWAY

Forbrændingsanlæg med stor kapacitet til forbrænding af affald. Anlægget er tegnet af Astrup og Hellern Arkitekter.

Det ligger placeret ved et fjeld langs hovedvejen til Kristiansand, Norge. Den nybyggede ovnhal og administrationsbygning fremstår markant med en stilren arkitektonisk linie.

Rambøll Lys har udarbejdet belysningskoncept for ovnhal samt omkringliggende arealer. Konceptet består af belysning af maskine, specialudvikling af beklædning for skorsten samt facade, vej- og pladsbelysning - alt set i kontekst med både arkitektur og omgivelser. Konceptet er udarbejdet således at lysforurening minimeres.

A waste-to-energy plant designed by Astrup and Hellern Architects, located in the mountains along the main road to Kristiansand, Norway.

The building sits as a beacon in the Norwegian landscape. The Rambøll lighting’s concept included Illumination of the ovens, chimney and facade, as well as road and landscape lighting. Minimal light pollution was a key consideration for the design team.

FLØJBANEN (FUNICULAR RAILWAY), BERGEN, NORWAY

Bergen’s funicular railway is the fifth most visited tourist attraction in Norway. The client’s wish was to renew the trip experience up and through Mount Floyen with the use of lighting.

The lighting creates atmosphere and tells a story of the magnificent landscape, structures, colours and materials one comes across during train journey.

Den funktionelle del af belysningen løses på en måde så den tager højde for stilen og materialer i området og integreres i samhørighed med sine omgivelser.

Det samlede resultat skaber en helhedsorienteret løsning som giver oplevelse og funktionalitet omkring Fløibanen.

MALMÖ C (LIGHTING MASTERPLAN), MALMÖ, SWEDEN

Koncepttegninger af belysningen i de nye stationsbygninger på Malmö Central Station.

I forbindelse med et nyt metrosystem i Malmö bliver banegården udvidet som et led i en større masterplan for byens midte.

Håndskitser på mørkt og groft papir er underlaget i tegningerne. Tegnet af arkitekt Rambøll Lys/Lisbeth Skindbjerg Kristensen.

Masterplanen udarbejdes af Metro Arkitekter i Malmö.

Concept drawings from the lighting proposal for the new extension to Malmö Central Station. In connection with the arrival of the new underground metro line at Malmö City, the Central Station is undergoing a major renovation program as part of a larger masterplan for the whole city centre.

Rambøll Lighting produced Conté crayon sketches for their concept drawings showing the lighting principles.

Overall masterplan is developed by Metro Architects.

PULKOVO AIRPORT, PULKOVO, RUSSIA

Rambøll Lys blev bedt om at udarbejde et belysningskoncept for ny terminal i Pulkovo Internationale Lufthavn. Konceptets fineste opgave var at skabe et helhedsgreb hvor såvel bygningens volume og monumentale arkitektur som arkitektoniske materialer og detaljer blev fremhævet.

Der blev taget udgangspunkt i stedet og den kulturelle kontekst hvor brugen af bladguld på lofterne og grønt og gult glas i ovenlys samt facadepartier bevidst filtrerer og reflekterer lyset internt i bygningen. Funktion og arkitektur understøttes af brugen af lys efter behov

Rambøll Lighting was asked to develop a lighting concept for the new terminal at Pulkovo International Airport. The concept takes a holistic approach, where the building’s volume and monumental architecture as well as its architectural materials and detailing are highlighted. At the night, due to a special facade and skylight design, the whole building opens its inside outwards. The detailed lighting to the golden cladding and green glass materials enhance the quality of the applied materials and state the cultural context.

STAVANGER (COMPETITION PART 1), STAVANGER, NORWAY

International konkurrence for Stavanger kommune for lysdesign på Norges ældste Domkirke i Stavanger, Kongsgården og i Byparken omkring. Rambøll Lys vandt i indbudt konkurrence med 9 hold på indsendt visuelt materiale, faglig kompetence og præsenteret design- og arbejdsprocess.

An international competition initiated by Stavanger City Council for the lighting design of the Norway’s oldest Church, the surrounding buildings and city park.

Rambøll Lighting won first prize in the competition from among eight other contestants. The competition was won on the visual presentation, the high technical and professional competence as well as the plan for the design and project process.
