Private Property

Something that is owned by an individual or business. Whoever owns the property has the right and responsibility to take care of it.

A household must shovel their sidewalk and mow their own lawn if they own the house and land they are living on.

Collective Responsibility

A whole group is responsible for the actions taken by any one member of the group.
