BackgroundI grew up in

Louisville, Kentucky.I have one older

sister and a very large extended family whom I love spending time with.

Background (cont.)I love all sports,

especially basketball.

I played basketball in high school for four years and soccer forone year.

I attended Trinity High School in Louisville.

EducationI am currently a

sophomore at the University of Kentucky.

I plan on majoring in Accounting and Finance

At Kentucky…At UK I work as a

supervisor at the Johnson Center which is the school student workout facility.

At Kentucky...(cont.)I just began with my

Accounting/Finance courses last semester, but so far have all A’s in those classes.

This coming June, I am attending a leadership adventure for Ernst & Young in Columbus Ohio for two days.

I have learned these skills throughout my entire life.

Playing basketball in high school definitely helped me to strengthen all of these skills.

Being an executive officer in my fraternity has also helped me improve each of these skills as well.

Career GoalsMy first goal is to

gain 150 credit hours.

My next goal is to work for at least one year in a public accounting firm right out of college.

Both of these things will make me eligible to take the CPA exam.

accounting firm and then go from there.If I like it I will stay there and work my way

up, and if not then it will provide valuable work experience for me to do something else.
