YOUR JOB As Visual Merchandising Manager it is your mission to liaise between design, merchandising, marketing and sales depaments to ensure a consistent look to Kipling EMEA. You create creative windows for retail and develop new tools and ideas for POS and visual merchandising. You develop and implement agreed visual merchandising plans for all points of sale, retail, trade and consumer shows. You maximize the retail sell through of Kipling products through the improvement of space, location and visual merchandising. YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE: Create and develop global concepts for retail, depament stores and wholesale points of sale. Guaranty visual identity of the brand in stores, showrooms and fairs Ensure that images and concept are promoted in each store in line with agreed visual merchandising plans Write and define precise guidelines to arrange merchandise on the sales floor, to optimize visual aesthetics and commercial sales density needs Plan and erect commercial displays for windows and interiors of retail stores Define POS collateral requirements in terms of needs and sizes…for retail and wholesale Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing to develop retail store concepts and fixtures and continually work to improve the Kipling retail store concept in line with product and marketing developments and commercial requirements VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER EMEA CONTINUED...
