Are you involved in ministry?

Last Sunday (09/22), we handed out the newly edited form called “Ministry Opportunities 2019”, for all members to fill out. If you have not filled out this new version, please ensure you do – and turn it into the office as soon as possible. (This is the updated version of the form we used

to call the “Willing to do Form”.)

Our database has had this information, derived from these types of forms, for many, many years. Consequently, over the years, some of the terminology has changed, there are new ministries with new things to do, or people who can no longer do certain things they signed up for years ago. Please know some things have changed. The important thing to understand is that all of the “willing to do” data has been erased for each individual, and we are starting with a

clean slate.

Therefore, what you mark on the form should reflect everything you are willing to do. You’re not adding to, or editing, something already in the system – currently, your “account” is a blank sheet. Filling out this form will let us know what ministries you wish to get involved in, and how you are willing to serve, as we minister to our Baker Heights family and this community. From this, we will build your

“account” to reflect your current ministry choices.

When you fill out the form, please ensure you fill out all of the box at the top of the page. We know telephone numbers, addresses and emails change. What you put down will help us in confirming our data is accurate. Please keep the office up to date on any changes, so we can better serve you and the BHCC membership. If you don’t have email, please write “NO EMAIL” on the appropriate line. If you have anything to let us know or have something on the form you are interested in but you need to explain about it,

please write that in the space provided on the back page.
