Outside California's major cities one finds some of North America's most rugged national parks, incredible skiing opportunities, and quiet and ancient northern forests including the highest mountain peak in the contiguous USA, Mt. Whitney.

Los Angeles - Most people visit Los Angeles in search of something. Maybe it's a day at the

beach, a glimpse of a celebrity, or an afternoon with Mickey Mouse. The sprawling metropolis delivers it all, and then some. Visitors looking for a place to unroll their beach towels have 81 miles of coastline to choose from. Find quirky subculture in Venice Beach, surfers galore in Manhattan Beach, or fun at the beach in Santa Monica. Los Angeles is home to movie studios, Hollywood, and tons of celebrities. Keep a lookout for famous faces, and check out the entertainment industry first-hand on studio tours and at television show tapings. Few visitors can resist the allure of the happiest place on earth, and head southeast from Los Angeles to the Orange County city of Anaheim to spend at least a day at Disneyland. Thrill-ride enthusiasts can hit the big coasters at Disney's California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, and Magic Mountain. There are always more things to do in Los Angeles. And, there's always shopping on famous streets such as Rodeo Drive, Melrose Avenue, and Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade!

Dreaming Netball tour.

Visions are delighted to be the selected Travel Operator to work with Netball America. Netball America is the

leading authority on Netball in the USA and is dedicated to the development and growth of Netball in America.

Netball America is the only organisation in America that operates Netball tournaments to INF standards, assuring

high levels of participation, fun and safety.

We offer bespoke tour options available for teams wishing to travel to the USA and we are delighted to share our

West Coast USA ‘California Dreamin’ tour in April 2018. We have prepared a sample where you will be able to play

against local opposition. In addition, we have included a cultural exchange opportunity with a local school, where

your group will introduce netball to local youth who may not have experienced netball before. This is always very

popular and a great way to show leadership and why we love netball, and why the Americans should embrace it!

Tour Highlights…..

California Dreamin’ Netball Tournament

In conjunction with Netball America and our West Coast Region Netball Clubs, we will participate in a local netball

tournament with training sessions. This event attracts local and regional teams from around the USA and visiting

international travelling teams. Truly a unique opportunity to meet with and play against other netballers from all

over the world. Netball in America also offers co-ed competition and mixed teams so bring your boys along as well.

Disneyland California – leadership & Teamwork Master Class

Our visiting teams will have an opportunity to participate in a Leadership & Teamwork Master Class in Disney -

Discover the Disney way of working and the management skills used to lead a Cast of thousands. Our netballers will

practice overcoming obstacles by working as a team and thinking creatively to develop solutions in this 3-hour

program. Exercises designed to reinforce courage, curiosity and constancy aim to give girls the confidence to set

goals and accomplish their dreams. Perfect for a Netball Team building exercise.

Local School Visit

The opportunity to visit and work with a local school is an extremely rare and unique experience for our sports teams travelling to the USA. Our groups will spend some time with a local school in a cross-cultural exchange, with the main aim of our netballers introducing netball to the local youth. This is a perfect opportunity to promote our sport and of course, for our netballers to interact and lead netball sessions and play games with their peers.
