Gatto is a member of ADI, a renowned association that since 1956 has been gathering together lots of professionals, businesses and institutions keen on design. Gatto strongly believes in the culture of design, for this reason it focuses on the continuous elaboration of innovative concepts that can anticipate future trends and lead the change, thus responding to the needs for comfort, relation, identity and environmental respect of the contemporary man.
Gatto Cucine realized a unique system able to suck out wood carving waste that can be used in wintertime to fuel the company heating system, thus reducing energy consumption.Moreover Gatto uses only certified IDRO-LEB panels: these are water-resistant panels suitable for the manufacturing of furniture that could be settled in wet rooms, such kitchens are.They are high-resistance products made of recycled wood in order to respect the environment. Besides, these panels are certified for their low emissions of formaldehyde,such a low level that they are able to even respect the strict Japan standards. The IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) indeed ranks formaldehyde between the arcinogens for human race also indicating the maximum concentration acceptable level. The emissions of the LEB panels are 5 times lower than the level required.

The kitchen and the living room are joined in a single convivial setting, enriched with an island composition, characterized by a stainless steel block equipped with a back-island container with electromechanical lifting, dedicated to small household appliances and tableware. The block is surrounded by a bookcase table in Canaletto walnut, open towards the living room. The piece of furniture with Glow single sliding door, which hides two columns with household appliances inside.

Large backs made of Quartz and steel agglomerate constitute the background of this refined composition, marked by precise and immediate signs, proposed in these images in an Amanunda palisander finishing for the bases and cream glass-look for wall units and columns. The large flexibility of modularity allows you to have a large variety of elements: An example of this is the separation piece of furniture between the spaces devoted to lunch and to the living room. Special attention is given to the thinner worktop, with throat, for the washing zone and more consistent in the cooking zone, enriched by an elegant glass hood.

New visions of elegance for a pure design indulging only with the extreme simplicity of precious materials, researched finishes and original matching.The suspended bases and the peninsula table are in plumb Amanunda with “tranché” finishing, with worktop and raised element made of Corian. The suspended columns and the 180 cm single-door wall unit follow the linear trend of the composition, with matt fogglass-look doors.

Perfect formal balance for a customizable and versatile, inviting, seducing and contrasting kitchen in a refined game of nuance and texture. Smoked oak essence of suspended bases and wall units are associated the panels under the wall units, the glass top set following in the finishing sides. The wardrobe columns in white glass and the equipped island with “bookcase table” and the L-shaped block made of steel.
