Vision Property has a successful 10 year track record of consistently being the number one fixed fee agent in Belfast. We have built upon our experience to launch as a franchise and take our successful business model to new areas.

The first of our new franchises opened in Bangor in January 2016 with impressive initial property listings, despite being a new name to the area. With a tailored support package in place the franchisees were able to take an empty commercial unit to a fully functioning estate agency within a matter of weeks.

We understand that potential franchisees have differing needs and experiences, which is why we look at your specific requirements and work with you to provide a bespoke support package. This includes access to an experienced sales & rental team, the latest technology, expert business advice, an in-house designer and meetings with our existing franchisees. All of this ensures efficient low running costs, a successful business model, strong established branding and regular evaluations of the latest market trends and technology.

We pride ourselves on being able to see opportunities and have identified new areas where our model will succeed. We are actively seeking partners to share in this Vision.
