yo to spport yor team y placement sponsoring Promoters within yor team, while allowing yo to earn
many onses that ollow the enroller tree as i each new Promoter were placed rontline on yor Level 1.
WAITING ROOM| All new personally Enrolled and Sponsored Promoters will remain in a Vi-Net Waiting
Room on yor Level 1 and can e repositioned one time within yor organization within 60 days o their
enrollment date. While new Promoters are in the Waiting Room, all commissions and onses are still paid on
the normal Weekly and Monthly Pay Cycles. This allows or very ast and strategic team ilding.
ROLLING QUALIFICATION VOLUME (RQV)| Any new Promoter who starts on or ater the 15th o the
monthly prodction period will have all the Qaliication Volme (QV) generated within that irst month roll
orward into the next ll monthly prodction period. All Team Commissions and bons Volme (bV) ollow

WHAT IS AUTO-SHIP? Ato-Ship is AN OPTIONAL CONVENIENCE PROGRAM that allows Cstomersor Promoters to create a monthly standing order with ViSals. Yor prodcts
will e delivered to yo on a reglar asis at wholesale prices. Yo can set
yor order to e processed on the 5th, 12th or 19th o every month. Yo
can place yor Ato-Ship order on hold, change it or cancel it at any time
online, or call 1-877-VISALuS. (Please notiy s at least 5 siness days prior to
yor next schedled Ato-Ship order.)Yo mst BE ACTIVE TO EARN COMMIssIONs in any given pay period. I yo
are not Active, yo miss any commission that cold have een earned in that
pay period. Yo can ecome Active again at any time and start earning
commission on new sales within yor team.
In order to maintain yor stats as a ViSals Promoter, yo will e asked to
pay a $25 Annal Administration Fee within 60 days o yor enrollment

The ViSals Weekly Pay Cycle is Friday throgh Thrsday at midnight

As a Promoter, yo are an independent siness owner or sel-employed. Visalu
DOEs NOT TAKE TAXEs OUT OF YOUR COMMIssIONs, and will
