Children under that age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and children under 5 are not permitted to have their hair cut in the salon.

All products and services are carried out by students currently studying for either an NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy. They are supervised at all times by fully qualified hairdressers or beauty therapists.

Some beauty therapy treatments may not be available at certain times of the year.
