WHAT IS A GREEN CARD?

A Green Card is your golden ticket to the United States. It allows you to legally immigrate and start living your dream.

Green Cards are valid for an initial period of ten years and can be renewed for subsequent ten-year terms.

Five years after residing in the United States, you become eligible to apply for American citizenship. If you are interested in becoming a citizen, Visa Solutions can help you with this process.

HOW DOES VISA SOLUTIONS’ GREEN CARD PROGRAM WORK?Based on your skills, we match you with one of the American employers that we represent and assist you with the immigration and relocation procedures. Our program allows you to enjoy a stable, well-paid employment and lawful residence in the U.S.A.

AGE Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to apply to theprogram.

LANGUAGE Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills .

02APPLICATION PROCESS

� If you meet all the requirements and decide to apply to our GreenCard program, you need to complete an application and submitall the necessary documents.

� Upon reviewing your application, we will schedule an interviewwith you.

� During the interview, you will have the opportunity to elaborateon your qualifications and ask any questions pertaining to ourprogram.

03OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW?

If one of our partners offers you a position within their organization, you will receive a formal Offer of Employment.

The Offer of Employment will include the following information:

� Job Title � Responsibilities � Start Date � Job Location � Compensation � Benefits

IT’S DECISION TIMEAt this point, we ask you to think very seriously about taking the next step. You are committing to work for the sponsoring employer for a minimum of one (1) year. In doing so, you are taking the next step towards starting your new life in the United States.

NEXT STEPSSERVICE AGREEMENT

� Once you accept your Offer of Employment,we will provide you with a Service Agreement in which we describe the terms of our engagement and associated fees.

� By signing the Visa Solutions ServiceAgreement, you confirm your participationand compliance with the program.Congratulations! At this point, you willofficially become part of our family, andwe will immediately start your immigrationprocess!

PROCESSING

� Visa Solutions will be with you every stepof the way throughout the process. We willbe in contact with you to provide guidanceand answer any questions that may arise.

� During this time, you will be requiredto provide additional documents andinformation, take a medical examinationrequired by the United States Citizenshipand Immigration Services, providebiometrics (finger prints), and attend aninterview with an immigration officer at theU.S.A. Embassy or Consulate.

U.S.A. ARRIVAL

� When your Green Card is approvedfollowing the interview at the Embassy orConsulate, you will be ready to move to theU.S.A. where your new life awaits!

� When you arrive to the U.S.A., you willbe greeted by one of our friendly andknowledgeable Visa Solutions teammembers. We will assist you in obtainingall necessary documents for your newjob and new life (bank account, driver’slicense, Social Security card, etc.)

� Our Visa Solutions personnel will alwaysbe available to help you, guide you, answer any questions, or address concerns duringthis transition period.

FEES05The total cost of our EB3 Green Card program is $22,000 USD and you can choose from two payment schedules:

1. Three-Payment Option

�Initial signing fee of 25% ($5,500 USD)

�Second installment of 50% ($11,000 USD) after receiving the labor certification by the United States Department of Labor.

�Third installment of 25% ($5,500 USD) after receiving the confirmed date and time for the U.S.A. Consulate interview.

2. Monthly Installments

� Initial signing fee of $2,000 USD.� Monthly payments of $2,000 USD for the

following ten months.

Our fees include the following:

� Prepare, submit, and handle yourimmigration petition.

� All Government Fees. � Assistance throughout the entireimmigration process.

� Access to a customer service line. � Pre-Arrival orientation and airport pickup. � Guidance though the process of openinga bank account, obtaining your SocialSecurity Number, Driver’s license, etc.

� Provide you with helpful information andtips to start your new life in the U.S.A.

OUR GUARANTEEIf your application gets denied through no fault of your own, we will refund 100% of the fees paid to Visa Solutions minus $2,500 for administrative costs.

FAMILY OPTIONS06You have the option of including your spouse and any unmarried children or stepchildren under 21 years of age in your immigration application.

Your family can apply at the same time as you or they can join you later, once you have settled in your new job in the U.S.A. Visa Solutions is happy to assist you with your family’s immigration process if you petition them no longer than 12 months after obtaining your Green Card.

The fee for family members you wish to include is $2,500 USD per person.

You can either include these fees in the payment schedule that you choose, or make a one-time payment when you receive your petition approval by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Keep in mind that the family members you decide to include will also receive a Permanent Resident status and can enjoy the same benefits as you of living in the USA. Your spouse will be able to work and your kids will be able to attend public school.

07 ADDITIONAL COSTSCOVERED BY APPLICANTSPassport In order to begin your immigration process, you need a valid passport.

Costs vary by country.

U.S.A. Consulate Medical Examination

After the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS) has approved your case, you will be required to complete a medical examination in a clinic designated by the U.S.A. Embassy orConsulate. This is done approximately 8-10 months after receiving your Offer of Employment. You will be responsible for paying directly to the medical facility performing the medical examination.
