• Full-time Virtual Instruction for students in grades K-12

• Part-time virtual instruction for students in grades K-12 AP, FCAT-related and EOC courses

• Full-time or part-time virtual instruction for students in dropout prevention and academic intervention programs, DJJ programs, core courses to meet class size requirements and Florida college courses

• Offer a district-operated program

• Contract with Florida Virtual School (FLVS)

• Establish a franchise of FLVS

• Contract with a Florida College

• Contract with an approved provider

• Enter into an agreement with another school district

• Enter into an agreement with a charter school
