Micom P143, P922, P633 configuration as per 11kv AIS Areva panel scheme. As per client relay coordination report checked the protections and verified. Protections for feeder protection, under voltage, transformer differential. Test reports prepared, verified with client and submitted. Doble F6150 test kit is used to perform the test.

M/S POWER GRID CORPORATION LTD (PGCL)

Micom P444 distance protection for 400kv grid line retrofitting. As per the line details and setting relay configured and did the bench test. After checking the existing scheme replaced old relay with new Micom and hardwired. Zone test, reach test, power swing, SOTF following test has been done. Test kit used omicron 256 used to perform the test.

M/S MANGALORE REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL (MRPL)

Micom P139, P143, P242, P922, P521, P633. Captive power plant BHEL 33kv, 11kv and C&S low voltage board around 300 nos relay. After checking the scheme and relay co ordination report relay configured. Protections for feeder protection, under voltage, line differential, motor protection and transformer

differential. Test reports prepared, verified with client and submitted. Test kit used omicron 256 used to perform the test.

M/S MANGALORE REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL (MRPL)

Testing for power transformer ct, pt, busbar Hi pot test, bus bar CRM, vacuum circuit breaker testing. 33 kV & 11 kV BHEL board momentary parallel scheme checking and internal bus wiring. Testing pick up and drop off for the electromagnetic relay. LV motor module scheme and operation checks. Motorised valve (MOV) Auma & Rotork makes MOV testing and commissioning. Cable Hi pot test for the different type feeders and the motor drives. Motor testing like from 1 KW small motors to 2 MW boilers feed pump of the generator. Supporting for the DCS team for their control checks. Preparing the reports and approved by the client MRPL & EIL.

M/S MANGALORE REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL (MRPL) WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Testing for 3.5mva power transformer ct, pt, and, bus bar CRM. 415 V LV panel board scheme checking and parallel load share checking. Configuring and testing of Schneider SEPAM S82 feeder and M 81 motor protection. LV module scheme checking and commissioning for the lighting and LV motors. Preparing the reports and approved by the client MRPL & EIL.

ABROAD TANZANIA ELECTRICITY COMPANY (TANESCO) AFRICA SS 1

Total project work from the installation up to commissioning. The project name W22 having 3 substations did for national contracting company Saudi (NCC). Station 1 switch yard ILALA SS 33/11kv one bay extension 15 MVA transformer installation internal &

wiring for the protection.

Oil filtration for the transformer and checking the BDV, PPM and DGA test all test result found satisfactory as per manufacturer Data’s.

33kv circuit breaker installation coupling the mechanism and SF6 gas filling as per the name plate shown on the CB.

Protection panel and RTCC panel installation as per the installation drawing. After the scheme drawing checking prepared cable schedule for the total bay. Precommissioining test carried out for the all out door equipments and protection relay EFACEC make and

SEL for the transformer protection. All reports submitted, approved and energised the station.

TANZANIA ELECTRICITY COMPANY (TANESCO) AFRICA SS 2 & 3

Station 2 SOKOINE substation 33kv Schneider Germany GIS 10nos panel and 11kv 13nos AIS panel. Scheme checking done for both panel, inter panel wiring and all the ct, pt, bus bar CRM, BUS HI POT test

and circuit breaker testing has been done. All Schneider SEPAM relay configured and tested as per the setting. Station 3 132/33 kV relay configuration and testing .33kv GIS Schneider SEPAM relay, SEL 421, EFACEC

relays. UGANDA ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION COMPANY (UETCL) AFRICA

Bujagali up gradation 132Kv to 220 Kv project switch yard work. Overview of project 2 NOS 250 MVA EMCO power transformer bay , ACSR main bus 1 and bus 2 ,bus 1

& 2 with sectionalised. Control, protection and SCADA by Schneider France Lattes .The 33 KV voltages is taking from Tertial winding to 33 KV GIS Switch board from both power transformer.

After the scheme drawing studies. Prepared the control & protection cable schedule for the whole 220kv switch yard. As per the schedule cable laid and power the control supply and energised all the control panel and equipments.

Checking the battery bank electrolyte level, density and each cell voltage as per the manufacturer data’s. After that each cells connected in series and formed 110v battery bank of 2 sources.

For the testing purpose submitted the method statement , testing procedure and testing schedule , as per that started the outdoor equipments Current transformer , capacitance voltage transformer ,Disconnector ,Circuit breaker ,2 NOS Power transformer 250 MVA , auxiliary transformer , battery capacitance test for the battery . (Equipments used OMICRON CPC 100, CT ANALAYSER, breaker timer, CRM, Kyoritsu Megger, Multimeter, leakage tester.

Entire hard wired scheme checked and verified. Schneider relay configured and tested by Schneider engineer. From my side witnessed and verified the configuration relay setting as per the relay co ordination report. The relays tested Micom P139. P132 .P633 and bus bar protection P741 central unit and P742 peripheral unit.

After Schneider SCADA configuration performed end to end test with client .Checked all the signals, measurements, controls with interlock all found ok.

Stability for the both transformer did and found stable. Stability for the 220kv bus. Checked all the individual zones with respective switching, noted the differential

current and restraining current, checked unstable & stable conditions found ok. All test reports submitted to the client and verified.
