The idea• People are focussed on external
incentives
• We aren’t familiar with our internal incentives, though they cause 95% of our acts
• When we learn to resist these incentives, we are able to act much more powerful (when we act).
• Vipassana is a method to train yourself to resist your internal incentives.

The belief
• We have tensions, abortions and ignorance, which are programmed in our body.
• Or body reacts according to the programmed situation, automatically
• While meditating, we are able to reprogram our body to withstand actions caused by tensions, abortions and ignorance

The religion
• When we are able to withstand all reactions, we are enlightened.
• We have to follow this technique, given to us by Buddha. This is the only way.
• When we work hard, we are able to become enlightened as well.
• Note: this takes time, maybe even longer than a lifetime.
