WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
In North Carolina 95 teens died in motor vehicle accidents in 2010…There are 98 students in this photo
Our Mission is to bring the sight, sound, and smell of a fatal vehicleaccident to high school students in a dramatic way with the hope ofembedding the consequences of these often senseless events into theminds of teenage drivers.
OUR MISSION / VISION
VIP for a VIP IncVehicle Injury Prevention for a Very Important Person
At the end of the day we believe that we provide the student with arealistic look at what can happen as a result of one moment ofinattention. It’s not just driving while impaired, it’s also sending thatquick text message, partying in the car, aggressive driving, and otherdistractions and risky behaviors that set in motion a horrifying, irreversible chain of events.
Founded in 1998 on the concept “if they could only see what we see”as emergency responders, maybe they would think more about theirdriving decisions.
