JOE’S BURGERS’ CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKE

To prepare the Peanut Butter Sauce:1 c brown sugar½ c light corn syrup½ c butter2 c peanut butter2 c cream2 Tbsp vanilla

Combine first (3) ingredients in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add the peanut butter to the mixture and whisk until smooth. Add the cream and vanilla and whisk into the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Thin to desired consistency with hot water.

To prepare milkshake:

Combine peanut butter sauce, chocolate ice cream and milk. Enjoy!
