Under the provisions of The Village Act, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice of the Executive Council, has been pleased to order the establishment of legal subdivisions six, seven, ten and eleven in Section 19 Township 29 Range 25 west of the 4th Meridian as a Village, that the Village be given the name of Acme, that J. Fisher Williams, of Acme, be Returning Officer for the purpose of acting at the election of the first Council of the Village; and that the meeting for nomination of candidates for the office of Councillor shall be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of July, 1910.

It is ordered that the following lard be detached from the Municipal District of Kneehill No. 48, and that the same be and is hereby annexed to the Village of Acme
