Village News (the interim name for Village Dates)
Issue 7 September 2020. For Brockhampton & Sevenhampton residents. Supported by the Parish Council & The Show at Brockhampton
Dear all,
Well, it’s now officially Autumn and we hope you’ve had a lovely Summer, notwithstanding the current situation.
As we write we await new announcements. There’s still uncertainty about future months. However, there are still things going on and this newsletter aims to bring some of them to you.
And there’s also the local What’sApp Group, an informal & immediate way to share thoughts, ideas and if necessary, ask for help. Want to join? Text Petrina on 07775 617749 or Beth on 07868 704681.
Stay safe!
Yvette Ruggins

Message from Colin Harman
“My family and I would like to thank everyone for the gen-
erous donations made at Lesley’s Cremation Service for the
Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice. Over £600 was
collected which, together with a similar amount raised at
the Memorial Service in Kent, meant that I have been able
to present the Hospice with £1,250. Having experienced the
love and care provided by everyone at the Hospice, there is
no better recipient.”
The exhibition is open Thursdays-Sundays from 7-22 November at
The Old Pool House, South Paddock, Sevenhampton.
No need for appointments. There’s a one way system, hand sanitis-
er & maximum 6 people. Please wear a mask. Any questions? Con-
tact Sally on 01242 821251
