Village Cove is an independent living option of the Hearthstone, a non-profit Life Plan Community. We offer you an independent lifestyle with access to healthcare if and when you need it. Our community is unique from other retirement options for many reasons.

THE BRIDGE RESOURCES

The mission of Village Cove and the Hearthstone is based on faith,

philanthropy and social responsibility. The Bridge is a gathering place for seniors, located on the street level of the Village Cove building where community outreach takes place.

Not only will residents have access to educational classes and vibrant social events, but the Green Lake neighborhood at large will be able to utilize the space for professional meetings and planning retreats—all with the goal of enriching the lives of seniors.

attractive interior choices, private deck and ample closet space. There are two 2-bedroom floor plans to choose from with square footage of 967 and 1,393. Each design has a unique layout and view with all the benefits of living in the Green Lake neighborhood.

There are eight 1-bedroom floor plans to choose from with square footage between 755 and 1,108. Each design has a unique layout and view, with all the benefits of living in the Green Lake neighborhood. Downsizing isn’t so challenging when you move into an apartment designed specifically with you in mind.

PRICING OPTIONS

Pricing for Village Cove is based on the size you choose and the type of contract that best meets your financial goals. You have three entrance fee options to choose from:

2 Bedroom 967–1,393 $335,000–$514,000 $3,730–$4,410

� Traditional Entrance Fee: During the first 90 days, 10% is subtracted with the balance refunded back to you or your estate upon leaving. For each additional month, an additional 2% is subtracted from the entrance fee. It takes approximately four years to deplete your entry fee.

� 50% Refundable Entrance Fee: Requires an additional 30% premium to the traditional entrance fee. With the same process of depletion, you will have 50% of your entrance fee refunded to you or your estate.

� 90% Refundable Entrance Fee: Requires an additional 60% premium to the traditional entrance fee. Following the same process, you will have 90% of your entrance fee refunded to you or your estate.

� With all contracts, each resident earns 1.5 days per month (up to 21 replenishable days) for use in the Health Center.
