Queenscliffe Tourist Parks – Music Festival Camping Application Form

November 28-30th 2014

Camping Options for the 2014 Queenscliff Music Festival are:

1. “The Oval” (Queenscliff Cricket Ground) Tent Camping Only – please book through QMF

2. Queenscliff Recreation Reserve & Victoria Park, Queenscliff– please complete the attached booking form

3. Royal Park, Point Lonsdale – please complete the attached booking form*Pt Lonsdale is and approx. 5 mins by car from Queenscliff. A regular bus

service will operate for the duration of the festival

Queenscliffe Tourist Parks - Terms and Conditions:

Arrival and check-in time will be strictly between 11am – 9pm on Friday 28th November 2014. No arrivals will be accepted after 9pm!

All campers must have a valid music festival ticket (children aged 13 and under don’t require a music festival ticket)

Full payment is required before a camping site is allocated Max. occupancy of 5 people per site, with management requiring the min. of 1

responsible adult per site Please note: Children aged 13 and under are to be included in the maximum

occupancy of 5 people per site however, there will be no cost Only one vehicle permitted per site For campers staying at either Queenscliffe Rec Reserve or Victoria Park, check-

out will be strictly by 6pm on Sunday 30th November 2014 For campers staying at Royal Park, Pt Lonsdale, check-out will by strictly by

Queenscliffe Tourist Parks Camping Rules and Conditions:

Camping is restricted to QMF ticket holders only

Security staff will patrol all camping areas

Noisy and unruly behaviour will result in eviction without refund

A 10pm noise curfew will be strictly enforced

No fires permitted

Access to the caravan park requires a Queenscliffe Music Festival ticket and camping wristband

Camping Wristbands are non-transferable

Only one vehicle per site permitted - Car parking permit must be displayed on the car dashboard
