REAL ID ACT AND ACCESS TO FORT JACKSON CEREMONIES: All units will add the following disclaimer to graduation letters.

--------------------------------

Under the REAL ID Act, driver’s licenses from Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, and Washington no longer meet the requirement for access to Federal Agencies and installations according to Department of Homeland Security. More information about the Real ID act is available online at http://www.dhs.gov/real-id-public-faqs. Fort Jackson has identified Basic Combat Training Family and Graduation days as special events requiring additional steps to welcome Soldiers families while still complying with Federal guidance.

Visitors with non-compliant state driver’s licenses must still complete the Evite request online and receive confirmation.
