Landscape Value Project Survey Areas

1. Hawksworth Moor - Area north of Bingley Road and West of Hillings Lane, that is in Aireborough.

2. Hawksworth – South of Bingley Road, along the top of the Odda, down just past the Golf Club, down to the southern border of Aireborough. Includes Hawksworth and Reva.

3. High Royds – Bingley Road Menston across and up Buckle Lane to Chevin Pub. Down Chevin End Road to Ings Lane. Down Ings Lane to the Farm, then across the footpath to White Cross, up Thorpe Lane to the top of the Odda, along the top of the Odda

4. Tranmere, Park Road, Silverdale, Fieldhead, Back Lane– All of Tranmere Park across to the southern border of Aireborough. Then take a line from White Cross along the A65 to the Yorkshire Rose, then along the railway line to Baildon. Everything to the south and west of that, including Hollins Hill, Silverdales, Springs Wood, Fieldhead and Back Lane.

5. Guiseley Moor – Surprise view down to the building line of Yeadon and Guiseley. Include Chevin end down to the railway, and the sliver of land to the east of Ings Lane down to the Birks and White Cross. But not the far side of the A65

6. Old Guiseley – Up Ings Lane, then across the built area of Kelcliffe and Hillside Crescent to Moor Lane, then across to the north of Carlton Lane to Upcroft Farm and the stream coming from the Chevin. (in other words across the northern built edge of Guiseley. Down the path through Wills Gill, the boundary is the stream to the west of Deipker Wood. Then along the border between Guiseley/Yeadon right down to the railway line to Baildon to include the Retail Park and Ghyll Royd. Along the A65 and back to the bottom of Ings Lane. Includes, Netherfield, Crompton Parkinsons, Moons, Springfield, Wells, Church Area, Green Bottom.

7. Nunroyd, Haw and Queensway Cemetery Road until you turn along Haw Lane . Follow Haw Lane , Down Haworth Lane to Kirk Lane. Down Kirk Lane across the A65 to Dib Lane until it meets the Guiseley border. Includes Queensway, Coppice Wood, Banksfield, Hawthorns, Haw, Nunroyd, New Scarborough

8. Nether Yeadon, Henshaw, and Westfield – Follow the Aireborough NP area boundary from where Green Lane joins Harrogate Road, around to Guiseley Beck. Take Dibb Lane, Kirk lane as the Northern Boundary, then along Wells Court, Harper Lane and down Rufford Avenue back to Green Lane.

9. Upper Yeadon – Everything between 8 and 10. This includes Airport, Tarn, Victoria Avenue, Cemetery Road, High Street, Suffolk Court, Morrisons, Football, South View , Windmill Lane – Harrogate Road,

10. Yeadon Moor – Everything to the north and east of the airport runways, up to the Aireborough border on Moseley Beck and White House lane
