I hereby apply for membership of Burghill Valley Golf Club, and agree to be bound by the rules of the club and terms overleaf. All subscriptions include (where applicable) EGU, EGWA, LGU, SHUGC, WHLGCA & Insurance. An additional £25 administration fee is payable upon application.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP1. All persons participating in the use of the clubhouse account, (hereafter called the Account), must be

members of Burghill Valley Golf Club (hereafter called the Club). All participators are bound by these Terms & Conditions and the account is only opened and maintained subject thereto. All persons participating must be aged 12 or over. Junior members aged 12 to 17, must have their parents written permission to open an account for food, pro shop and non alcoholic drinks only. Parents will be responsible for misuse of the account.

2. To participate in the scheme you must hold a valid Club membership card.3. Membership card value can be exchanged for Bar, Catering and Pro Shop purchases at the premises

of the Club. You are required to produce your Card at the time of purchase. The Club reserves the right to refuse to accept the card for the purpose of purchase of alcoholic drinks.

4. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged you must telephone the Club as soon as reasonably possible and in any event no later than 24 hours after such an incident. The Club shall have no responsibility for the loss of value in respect of the card and there shall be no entitlement to any refund in respect of such retained value.

5. The card is charged for the personal use of the account holder only and no other person shall have the right to use the same. The Club reserves the right to require the production of identification if so requested to prove that you are the rightful owner of the card.

6. The Club reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any promotional offer made in respect of the Account. The Account may be suspended or cancelled at any time by the Club upon giving 14 days notice to participators. The display of such notice at the premises of the Club shall constitute sufficient notice to all participators.

7. The Club reserves the right to cancel an Account at any time. In these circumstances, you may, at the discretion of the Club, be entitled to a refund of any value unused.

8. A Copy of the Terms and Conditions will be issued to all participants. Further copies may be obtained from the Club.

9. Members paying their annual subscription by Direct Debit are solely responsible for any defaults in payment, and should a default occur then Membership will be automatically suspended until any arrears are paid in full.

10. No refunds of membership will be made if a member terminates membership early, and the decision of the Management is final.

11. The Golf Club reserve the right to refuse membership.
