AP Psychology States of Consciousness Project Directions: Students are to read Chapter 5 sections1, 2 & 4 and take detailed notes. During the note taking process, students will be assigned to groups of four or five. Students will begin creating a power point project to share with the class. Each group should focus on the key terms from their section while discussing topics, theories and incorporating videos to reinforce main ideas. Present Thursday. Wednesday is class workday. Topics 1. Make sure all members are involved in the process of collaborating ideas in the presentation process. Each member should have access to the power point at all times. Once the project is complete, make sure all members have practiced their presenting skills. Videos and real life examples make the topic much more interesting. Charts and pictures also stimulate the senses. Excitement is another key ingredient to projecting information to the class. It should be a goal for all class members to make sure that they are helping those in the audience to understand class material.
