What is operations? Backbone of Tet Festival Put up, take down, control every area of the

Trash Manager Recruit volunteers to pick trash, dump trash, and replace new trash bags.

Info Booth Manger  Run the Info Booth and provide festival info.

Food Vendor Manager Monitor the food vendors. Answer and resolve any problems with vendors.
