Day �: Sydney – HanoiDepart to Hanoi. On arrival welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02: Hanoi (B.L.D)

Today city tour includes the Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, The One Pillar Pagoda, The Fine Art Museum. Then continue on to The Temple of Literature, Lake Of Restored Sword, and former Hoa Lo Prison. In the evening enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.

Day 03: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B.L.D)

This morning depart from Hanoi and travel by air - conditioned bus through the Red River Delta to beautiful Ha Long Bay. The scenic drive will pass through some of the rural landscape before arriving in the afternoon to the World Heritage site of Ha Long Bay. A Bay with more than 3000 islands, which time, wind and waves have sculptured into fantastic shapes. Overnight at Ha Long.

Day 04: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Sapa (B.L.D)

Today you will have about 5 hours cruise to explore the mystery and beauty of Ha Long Bay. Return to Hanoi following lunch of freshly caught seafood served on board. Visit Dong Trieu pottery village on the way to Hanoi Railway for overnight train to Sapa.

Day 05: Sapa – Cat Cat Ethnic Village – Sapa (B.L.D)

Morning arrival in Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa for check - in (if rooms available for early check in) and buffet breakfast at the hotel. Free leisure time for visiting ethnic market at Sapa town. Afternoon enjoy your visit to minority Cat Cat village H’mong people and Cat Cat waterfall lying in a small village. There you will come to know traditional culture of the Vietnamese people.

Day 06: Sapa – Taphin Ethnic Village – Hanoi (B.L.D)

Travel by car to Taphin village where Red Dzao and Black H’Mong will make you feel at home. En route, you will pass the ruins of a French - era church. Proceed to Lao Cai Station for the night train to Hanoi.

Day 07: Hanoi (B) Arrive Hanoi 5:30 am in the morning then transfer to your hotel. Free leisure time for shopping.

Day 08: Hanoi – Hue (B.L.D)

After breakfast, free leisure time until time to meet back at the hotel and transfer to airport for flight to Hue. On arrival Hue visit the Imperial Palace - A citadel surrounded by large moats. Then visit the King Tu Duc Mausoleum. It is a great pleasure to sit on the boat enjoying the traditional music on Perfume River.

Day 09: Hue – Danang – Hoi An (B.L.D)

In the morning take a cruise on the Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and to Ming Tomb. Afternoon drive to Hoi An stopping at Danang City to visit Cham Museum, then continue to Hoi An and check in to the hotel.

Day �0: Hoi An (B.L.)

Take a walking tour of the ancient town centre to visit the former merchant’s house, the 400 years Old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful market. Afternoon free leisure time for shopping.

Day ��: Hoi An – Danang – Nha Trang (B.L.D)

Transfer to airport for your flight to Nha Trang. On arrival Nha Trang you will visit Giant Buddha built �963 Long Son Pagoda and Cham Ponagar sanctuary decorated with divine animal statues and other Hindu shrines. Discover Hon Chong Promontory, an isolated site where huge rocks are piles up in a strange way and transfer to the hotel.

Day �2: Nha Trang (B.L.D)

After breakfast, transfer to Cau Da port to take a boat to Mun Island, Mot Island, Tam Islands where you can swim or take a nap under an umbrella on the sand and sun bathe. Afternoon returns to shore and visit Dam Market for shopping.

Day �3: Nha Trang – Da Lat (B.L.D)

Morning depart to Da Lat by road. On the way you will visit the Poklonggiarai Tower built from the 8th to �2th century with baked brick with a pyramid-shape, then drive through Ngoan Muc Pass explore the mighty beauty of Vietnam Highland. Upon arrive Da Lat, the Flower City, transfer to your hotel. Afternoon is free. Tonight you can explore Da Lat night market.

Day �4: Da Lat – Saigon (B.L.D)

Morning you visit Prenn Waterfall and Lam Tyni Pagoda and take a boat ride on Tuyen Lam Lake. Take a short visit to a local sweet jam shop for shopping before transfer to the airport for flying to Saigon.

Day �5: Saigon (B.L.D)

Saigon city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, takes in the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, a lacquer ware factory and Thien Hau Pagoda in the city’s bustling

Chinatown. Afternoon enjoy shopping at the Ben Thanh market.

Day �6: Saigon – Cantho – Bassac Deluxe Cruise (B.L.D)

Morning depart Saigon for Cai Be city where you will embark the Bassac Deluxe Cruise. Departure towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang River. Lunch while on route. Rest on the deck or enjoy the open bar. Tour near Tra On floating market. Turning into Nicolai canal, towards the Mang Thit and Co Chien rivers. Rest on the upper deck or around the bar in a scenery of rice fields, sugar cane, woods on the near banks. Visit a village on the banks of river Mang Thit, an opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the locals. Visit an orchard or rice fields nearby. Boarding back, complimentary drink as a welcome back on board. Open bar and rest on the deck enjoying the sunset. The crew will serve dinner while the Bassac is cruising Mang Thit river towards her anchorage point for the night. The Bassac sets anchor for the night on river Mang Thit.

Day �7: Cruising – Can Tho – Cai Be - Saigon (B.L.)

06:30 Departure towards Cai Be. The passengers take their breakfast while enjoying the scenery on the banks. The Bassac crosses Co Chien River then branches into Cho Lach canal for 30

minutes through the traffic of sand and rice barges, in scenery of fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards. Arrival in Cai Be, check-out and boarding of a local boat for a tour of Cai Be floating market and handicraft. End of the services on shore at Cai Be by mid-morning. Pick up and return to Saigon.

Day �8: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnel – Tay Ninh – Saigon (B.L.D)

A full day tour to Cu Chi located about 70 km from Saigon, where you will visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, the former stronghold of Viet Cong with a network of tunnels three levels deep stretching over 200 km. Visit the Cao Dai temple in Tay Ninh with its unique world religion.

Day �9: Saigon – Nui Dat – Vung Tau (B.L.D)

Morning you will drive to Vung Tau, one of the most beautiful seashore cities of

Vietnam. Stop to visit Nui Dat, the former Australian Army Base during Vietnam War. Continue drive to Vung Tau city. You will have lunch at a local restaurant and take a short swim on the beach before checking into your central located hotel.

Day 20: Vung Tau – Saigon (B.L.)

Morning you will visit the White Villa, which the last King of Vietnam (King Bao Dai) used as a summer palace, then continue to visit the Whale Temple and Jesus’ statue. After lunch you will drive back to Saigon.

Day 2�: Saigon – Australia (B)

Morning is free for last minute shopping in Saigon. Late afternoon you will be transferred to the airport for flying home.
