Land Use Right for residential development is already in-place by Khang An

Potential lot for Hospital is 8,000 sq meter+ and needs a conversion of Land Use Right to Hospital

Victoria Health Group in under negotiation with Khang An to secure the Potential site (MOU between

Khang An and Victoria is scheduled in early August.
